The Oak Ridge Observer Question of the Week: What compelled you to run for City Council?

I want Oak Ridge to thrive again. I love our city and want my family to still call Oak Ridge home in 20-30 years. The current council has been unsuccessful in reversing the trend of declining revenue. I will work to identify real value efforts, not just those that “feel good.” I will work to make Oak Ridge competitive by being honest about our deficiencies and working diligently to correct them.
